Tapas night is one of our favorite friends and family gathering events. This evening was beef and cheese empanadas, charcuterie board, sweet chili chicken nibbles, 7 layer bean dip, antipasto skewers and a mini boston cream pie. An evening paired with red wine along with some of my most cherished people, mi amor, Arron and favorite author Mike. The secret sauce to my empanadas is having a handsome sous-chef and:
2 pounds of hamburger
large empanada discs
mama sita’s adobo sauce
sazón seasoning 2 packets
1 large onion
1 small tomato paste
loads of cheddar cheese.
