An afternoon with my my partner in crime and some delish local barely and hops. Venee, whiskey and my spirit animal equates to an entertaining evening. The best one line of the night “It’s not the zoo you don’t get to pet a tiger and take it home.”
I am partial to their Potomac Pilsner 5.1% ABV, 28 IBU. A contemporary dry-hopped pilsner. Pale and refreshing with a crisp, dry finish. My second choice is their Kon Tiki Pale Ale 5.8% ABV, 27 IBU. Hazy pale ale fermented with Hornindal Kveik yeast and featuring Kohatu and Amarillo.
If you fancy a sour order a Phreak of Nature. One because it’s fun to say out loud and also because it is made with tart cherry, milk sugar, and hibiscus.
