A cookie or not a cookie, that is the question

Peanut Butter Balls are my favorite cookie non cookie treat.  We made so many of them for 2 cookies exchanges, a company party and for our own personal delight.
The recipe is easy.

The best way to coat the balls is after they have been refrigerated for  30 minutes. I added sprinkles and slivered almonds.  I am going to make a tray of these for a New Year’s Eve party and spell out 2020 with the round balls of delish.

1 cup of  Reese's creamy peanut butter
2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1 cup of butter room temperature
1 3/4 cup of crushed graham crackers
15 ounces Ghirardelli chocolate semi-sweet 
chocolate baking chips or white chips
