Do you find yourself in a cooking or baking rut? I was searching the internet for a simple easy to create final course and came across this idea. I am in enamored with this concept of ice cream flights for dessert. Ice cream flights not only are delish they are also visually pleasing plated. Each guest was given a flight to enjoy at their leisure. We did vanilla, black raspberry, pistachio and chocolate. We had all the sprinkles, alcohol and non alcohol chocolates and fresh whipped cream. We topped off the crunch with Stroopwafel. Think of all the possibilities of flavor combinations lined up. We set the night to music with Rachel’s lemon pound cake and madeleines.
